Congratulations on being a mom! I am happy to accompany you for a few wonderful hours outdoors in nature. Together we fill up with new energy and strength for the changing everyday life. The exercise in the fresh air, the gentle stretching, stretching and strengthening in yoga, combined with the combination of running and specific pelvic floor exercises, is ideal for feeling strong, strengthened and with yourself again after the birth.
Babies and toddlers are very welcome in the carrier system or in the stroller.
Start postnatal yoga as soon as you feel ready, no earlier than 6-8 weeks after the birth.
