Your time out to refuel. Treat yourself to relaxing spring, summer and autumn days in the heart of Switzerland. Draw strength and energy with yoga and hiking in the power place around Maria Rickenbach in Nidwalden. Enjoyable yoga lessons in the morning, walking and five-sensory meditations, sun salutations and a soothing Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to end the day.
Sheilina Durrer (yoga instructor) and Marina Grossrieder (hiking guide /
Adventure educator) take you into the mountains for two days. Together we enjoy the beauty of nature with in-depth attention. Walking meditations, recharging your batteries in special places of strength, discovering favorite places, movement and exchange as well as experiencing peace and quiet. A wonderful opportunity to connect with your breath, rest, relax and revitalize yourself.
The program is rounded off with tasty cuisine and warm hospitality in the pilgrims' house at breakfast and dinner. We look forward to wonderful hiking yoga days with you!

Yoga workshop - on the eve of the retreat
You would like to arrive one day earlier and enjoy the two-hour yoga workshop in the pilgrims' house.

Free parking spaces at the valley station, good train connections from Lucerne / Stans
(Niederrickenbach / stop on request), walkway to the valley station 2min.

Weatherproof clothes for the hiking tours, sunglasses, hiking shoes, hiking sticks, small backpack with snacks and drinks, comfortable clothing for the pilgrims' house and indoor yoga, yoga mat (can be provided).
A detailed equipment list will be sent out after registration.
Hiking day costs (for team events and on request)
CHF 160 .-- including guided hiking tour and yoga (Hatha-Vinyasa, Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra)
Exc. Cable car (GA / Half-Fare travelcard valid), drinks, lunch / food from the backpack.
The hiking and yoga are carried out in all weathers and are adapted to the weather accordingly.

Terms and Conditions - General Terms and Conditions
Registration & payment
Registration can be made in writing, electronically or by telephone. With the registration, the "General Terms and Conditions" become part of the contract between the participants and Shyoga, Sheilina Durrer and Swiss Outdoorguide, Marina Grossrieder. After receiving the registration, the participants will be sent a written confirmation with detailed information. Booked offers must be paid for at least 30 days prior to implementation. If the registration takes place at short notice, the amount must be paid immediately.
Insurance & cancellation insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Liability, health and accident insurance (including search / rescue costs) and cancellation insurance are recommended.
Resignation by the participant
Cancellation costs for multi-day offers:
Cancellation 30-21 days before the start of the offer: 50% of the total price
Cancellation 20-11 days before the start of the offer: 75% of the total price
Cancellation 10-0 days before the start of the offer: 100% of the total price
A substitute participant can be called up at any time (already registered participants are not entitled to substitute participants).
In any case, a processing fee of CHF 50 will be charged. If the participant breaks off the tour or the course, there is no entitlement to a refund.
Cancellation by the organizer
Shyoga & Swiss Outdoorguide reserves the right to cancel the event at least five days before the start of the event due to a lack of participants. If Shyoga & Swiss Outdoorguide cancels the event, the full price will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
Minimum number of participants
A tour can also be carried out with fewer participants as planned. The prerequisite for this is that the registered people agree to an additional charge.
Protection of personal data
Your personal data will only be used for offers from Swiss Outdoorguide and Shyoga and will not be passed on to third parties who are not involved.
Image rights
The participants declare their consent to the use of the image material created during the event by the provider.
If pictures of participants are not to be used for marketing purposes or if a participant does not want to appear in pictures, he must notify this at the beginning of the event.
Services
The services included in the price vary depending on the offer. These are listed in the tender / offer of the offer. Unless explicitly mentioned, the price always excludes travel, trains, taxis, snacks and drinks, rental equipment and insurance. In the case of multi-day tours / overnight stays, these costs (e.g. overnight stay, half board) are usually paid directly to the third-party provider on site.
Program changes
Basically every event takes place with enough participants. Shyoga & Swiss outdoor guide, however, depends on the local conditions. The participant bears the risk of weather or unfavorable tour conditions. He must be ready to make extensive changes to the program, area, travel and accommodation. Any additional costs will be charged to the participant. If a tour is canceled due to poor conditions, a rebooking, a credit or a refund will be made.
Conditions of participation
For all offers (hikes, snowshoe tours), good health and appropriate equipment is required, which can be found in the tender / packing list. If the participant does not meet the conditional and technical requirements according to the advertisement, the provider can exclude the participant from the event. In the event of exclusion for the reasons mentioned, the costs will not be reimbursed.
The provider must be informed when registering / before the tour if there are any relevant health impairments, illnesses or allergies.
Liability, compensation for damages
A residual risk cannot be ruled out when hiking, snowshoeing and yoga. The liability of Shyoga Sheilina Durrer and Swiss Outdoorguide, Marina Grossrieder is excluded for slight negligence, the fault of the participants, third-party fault or force majeure. By registering, participants waive any claims for damages or liability against the provider.
Professional liability insurance, permit hiking guide in accordance with RiskG / RiskV
Marina Grossrieder is licensed as a hiking guide in accordance with the Risk Activities Ordinance and has professional liability insurance with Axa for CHF 10 million.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contractual agreement is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Stans.
