Geniesse mit uns zwei abwechslungsreiche Wintertage im idyllischen Kraftort rund um Maria Rickenbach in Nidwalden. Schöpfe Kraft und Energie beim Yoga und den Schneeschuh-Touren durch zauberhafte Winterlandschaften.
Sheilina Durrer (Yogainstruktorin) & Marina Grossrieder (Wanderleiterin und Erlebnispädagogin) führen Dich zwei Tage in die Berge. Gemeinsam erfreuen wir uns mit vertiefter Aufmerksamkeit an der Schönheit der winterlichen Natur. Energietanken an besonderen Kraftorten, neue Lieblingsplätze entdecken, Bewegung und Austausch in einer kleinen Gruppe, sowie auch die Ruhe und Stille erleben. Eine wunderbare Gelegenheit Dich mit deinem Atem zu verbinden, auszuruhen, erholen und frisch zu beleben.
Zum Programm
Nach der Begrüssung und einem wärmenden Tee im Pilgerhaus verwöhnen wir uns mit einer wohltuenden Yogastunde und bereiten uns auf das Naturerlebnis vor. Es erwartet uns eine professionell geführte Schneeschuhtour in der winterlichen Landschaft. Am Abend geniessen wir im Pilgerhaus ein regionales 3-Gang Menu und lassen den ersten Tag mit einem Yin Yoga und einer Kerzenmeditation ausklingen.
Nach dem Morgenyoga erwartet uns ein Frühstücksbuffet mit Käse von der Alp, eine weiteres Naturerlebnis in der Winterlandschaft und ein erholsames Yoga Nidra bevor wir uns gestärkt und mit neuer Energie vom Winter Retreat verabschieden.

Ausrüstung
Warme und wetterfeste Kleider für die Schneeschuhtouren, Mütze, Handschuhe, Sonnenbrille, feste/hohe Wanderschuhe, kleiner Rucksack mit Snacks und Tee für Unterwegs, bequeme Kleidung für’s Pilgerhaus, bequeme Kleidung für Indoor Yoga, Yogamatte (kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden), Schneeschuhe, Stöcke & Lawinensuchgeräte (können gemietet werden).

Terms and Conditions - General Terms and Conditions
Registration & payment
Registration can be made in writing, electronically or by telephone. With the registration, the "General Terms and Conditions" become part of the contract between the participants and Shyoga, Sheilina Durrer and Swiss Outdoorguide, Marina Grossrieder. After receiving the registration, the participants will be sent a written confirmation with detailed information. Booked offers must be paid for at least 30 days prior to implementation. If the registration takes place at short notice, the amount must be paid immediately.
Insurance & cancellation insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Liability, health and accident insurance (including search / rescue costs) and cancellation insurance are recommended.
Resignation by the participant
Cancellation costs for multi-day offers:
Cancellation 30-21 days before the start of the offer: 50% of the total price
Cancellation 20-11 days before the start of the offer: 75% of the total price
Cancellation 10-0 days before the start of the offer: 100% of the total price
A substitute participant can be called up at any time (already registered participants are not entitled to substitute participants).
In any case, a processing fee of CHF 50 will be charged. If the participant breaks off the tour or the course, there is no entitlement to a refund.
Cancellation by the organizer
Shyoga & Swiss Outdoorguide reserves the right to cancel the event at least five days before the start of the event due to a lack of participants. If Shyoga & Swiss Outdoorguide cancels the event, the full price will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
Minimum number of participants
A tour can also be carried out with fewer participants as planned. The prerequisite for this is that the registered people agree to an additional charge.
Protection of personal data
Your personal data will only be used for offers from Swiss Outdoorguide and Shyoga and will not be passed on to third parties who are not involved.
Image rights
The participants declare their consent to the use of the image material created during the event by the provider.
If pictures of participants are not to be used for marketing purposes or if a participant does not want to appear in pictures, he must notify this at the beginning of the event.
Services
The services included in the price vary depending on the offer. These are listed in the tender / offer of the offer. Unless explicitly mentioned, the price always excludes travel, trains, taxis, snacks and drinks, rental equipment and insurance. In the case of multi-day tours / overnight stays, these costs (e.g. overnight stay, half board) are usually paid directly to the third-party provider on site.
Program changes
Basically every event takes place with enough participants. Shyoga & Swiss outdoor guide, however, depends on the local conditions. The participant bears the risk of weather or unfavorable tour conditions. He must be ready to make extensive changes to the program, area, travel and accommodation. Any additional costs will be charged to the participant. If a tour is canceled due to poor conditions, a rebooking, a credit or a refund will be made.
Conditions of participation
For all offers (hikes, snowshoe tours), good health and appropriate equipment is required, which can be found in the tender / packing list. If the participant does not meet the conditional and technical requirements according to the advertisement, the provider can exclude the participant from the event. In the event of exclusion for the reasons mentioned, the costs will not be reimbursed.
The provider must be informed when registering / before the tour if there are any relevant health impairments, illnesses or allergies.
Liability, compensation for damages
A residual risk cannot be ruled out when hiking, snowshoeing and yoga. The liability of Shyoga Sheilina Durrer and Swiss Outdoorguide, Marina Grossrieder is excluded for slight negligence, the fault of the participants, third-party fault or force majeure. By registering, participants waive any claims for damages or liability against the provider.
Professional liability insurance, permit hiking guide in accordance with RiskG / RiskV
Marina Grossrieder is licensed as a hiking guide in accordance with the Risk Activities Ordinance and has professional liability insurance with Axa for CHF 10 million.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contractual agreement is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Stans.
